Project Description

The Hill Group has been selected as the HVAC contractor for this 70,000 square foot redevelopment and renovation project.

The project includes

  • Geothermal field including 72 wells, each 450 feet deep, horizontal piping and a manifold vault
  • 22 geothermal water source-to-air heat pumps
  • An air handling unit with outside air intake pre-treated with a 3,000 square foot roof mounted solar wall
  • Dedicated outside air energy recovery ventilation unit
  • A high efficiency condensing boiler as a back-up for the geothermal heating system
  • A water-to-water heat pump to heat domestic water
  • Geothermal and condenser water pumps controlled by Variable Frequency Drives
  • Supply, return and outside air intake ductwork
  • DDC temperature controls
