The objective of the Hill Group Life Saving Commitments initiative is to eliminate serious injury and fatalities, or “SIF’s” on all Hill Group job sites and facilities. A “SIF” is a serious injury that is life altering: no work, hunting, golf, hiking, playing ball, walking, holding your kids, etc. or ultimately, life ending.
Each Lifesaving Commitment represents a high-hazard activity that has the potential to cause serious injury and death in the workplace. Ask yourself, Identify them and don’t make a choice that could lead to a SIF.
