Special Projects Group

Working directly on an owner specific solution allows our team to showcase our ability to design, coordinate, install and maintain mechanical systems. We can provide managed turnkey installation from conceptual design through commissioning.

The Hill Group recognizes that certain projects may have unique needs that require expertise and professional skills. We provide full mechanical design and construction services. We can provide turnkey services and manage the entire project from conceptual design to commissioning. We can assemble a complete design/build team to complete the most challenging projects.

Our project engineers and engineers are responsible for engineering, design, estimating, proposals and direct field supervision. With a staff of mechanical engineers and registered professional engineers, we supervise all design engineering, drawings, construction submittals, permitting, construction, inspections and commissioning. Our engineers and technicians are proficient in the latest technologies to produce high quality designs and installations. The Hill Group Special Projects is well prepared to be your engineer and contractor.

Modular Construction

Coordinating and manufacturing modular solutions offsite with as much detail as possible allows for a much safer, more efficient, and productive jobsite for all associated with the project.

Since 2003, Hill has leveraged advances in technology and prefabrication to become a market leader in modular construction. For Hill, modular building started with racking systems and medical gas zone valve box walls, and grew quickly into patient room headwalls and modular central plants. In 2010 the campus was expanded to include multiple dedicated modular construction operations housing our bathroom POD factory and much more.
