Northwestern Memorial Hospital Outpatient Care Pavilion
Project Description
The Hill Group was awarded the plumbing for multiple floors of a tenant build-out at the new Northwestern Memorial HealthCare’s Outpatient Care Pavilion located in Northwestern’s Chicago medical campus.
The project covers three floors with toilet, exam, surgery and MRI rooms, along with testing laboratories and CT scan suites. The total area is over 150,000 square feet with more than 200 plumbing fixtures and 40 pieces of owner-supplied equipment. Work is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2013.
