Piping
Preplanning our work provides for a safe, productive, and higher quality installation of all piping systems.
To our customers, our mission is to provide you with the highest quality piping services, professional construction services, and on-time performance using qualified management staff, using highly trained trades people and state of the art equipment and technology. Our desired goal on each project is to fabricate 100% of the required materials at our facility. We are not thinking "What can we fabricate?", but approach each project thinking "What can we NOT fabricate?" This approach allows us to fabricate remotely from the project sites in parallel with general building construction trades on a project. This results in a reduction overall installation and schedule durations, minimizes the number of field personnel required, provides the highest level of quality craftsmanship at competitive prices, and allows us to keep safety as the number one focus while promoting a company culture that encourages hard work, creativity, honesty, fairness, and personal improvement. All of the company's piping fabrication is completed in house by skilled Hill trade professionals.
Process Piping
Process piping means piping systems and their component parts, that are not building services or power piping systems, and that may be installed in petroleum refineries, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, paper, semiconductor, and cryogenic plants, and related processing plants and terminals.
The Hill Group prides itself in prefabrication of mechanical systems and has taken it a step further in providing process piping systems to our Chicagoland customers. With a dedicated 10,000 square foot, state of the art clean room production space, your systems are guaranteed to meet the highest level of purity standards.

Fabricating within our shops allows for our employees to work in a safe and controlled environment that ultimately provides better quality by using consistent practices in a coordinated effort by our team. This allows Hill to be very predictable with materials and installation and maintain desired construction demands and schedule.
Special Projects Group
Working directly on an owner specific solution allows our team to showcase our ability to design, coordinate, install and maintain mechanical systems. We can provide managed turnkey installation from conceptual design through commissioning
The Hill Group recognizes that certain projects may have unique needs that require expertise and professional skills. We provide full mechanical design and construction services. We can provide turnkey services and manage the entire project from conceptual design to commissioning. We can assemble a complete design/build team to complete the most challenging projects.
Our project engineers and engineers are responsible for engineering, design, estimating, proposals and direct field supervision. With a staff of mechanical engineers and registered professional engineers, we supervise all design engineering, drawings, construction submittals, permitting, construction, inspections and commissioning. Our engineers and technicians are proficient in the latest technologies to produce high quality designs and installations.
